You will be prompted to answer 3 data questions, then create a new password when you first log in
Step 1: Enter your Personnel Number.
- Enter your Personnel Number.
- Click Next.
Step 2: Answer the 3 data questions.
- Enter your answers to the 3 data questions that appear.
- Click Next.
Step 3: Create a New Password.
- Enter a new password in the space provided. Keep in mind, passwords:
– Are case-sensitive
– Must include at least one lower case and one upper case letter
– Must include one number and
– Must be a minimum of eight characters long.
- Confirm your password by re-entering your new password.
- Click Next .
Step 4: Enter Authentication Code.
- Your mobile phone number is required to verify your identity
– Enter your mobile phone number if it is not on file, including country code.
– Verify your mobile phone number if it is on file. If it is incorrect, email your name and Personnel Number and with your correct mobile phone number to HROP_CA@bayer.com to be updated in the system.
- Enter the Authentication Code that was sent to your mobile phone number.
- Click Next .
Enter your Personnel Number and click Next.
Click “Forgot Your Password?”.
Answer any security questions that appear; click Next.
If you unable to answer these questions, contact Human Resources at 1-855-623-8178 and press option #3.
Enter the Authentication Code that was sent to your mobile phone, click NEXT.
You will be asked to create a new password.
If the masked mobile number displayed is no longer valid, contact Human Resources at 1-855-623-8178 and press option #3.
